The National Residue Survey
The National Residue Survey is a survey that is undertaken by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry on behalf of a broad range of industries, including the chicken meat industry. The survey is done on an annual basis and is published both as a printed report and a PDF document.
The poultry industry has an excellent record and the latest results available covering 2012-13 are no exception in that we continue to have a 100% compliance with the requirements of the relevant Australian Standards.
The most recent results relate to 2012-13 and became available in February 2014. Detailed information about the National Residue Survey can be found on the Department of Agriculture site by clicking here.
To view the poultry results only, you can access the relevant two page extract from the report results by clicking here. The full 2012-13 annual report is available on the Department of Agriculture site by clicking here.
